We are extremely careful to package your canvas to protect it from moisture, and impact. However, if the canvas should be damaged upon arrival, please contact us at contact@lugallerie.com with pictures and descriptions of the damage, including images of the packaging. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Our canvases are backed by a lifetime guarantee covering quality and workmanship. If you encounter any defects, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that this guarantee does not extend to cases of dissatisfaction arising from incorrect expectations due to not reviewing the product description in detail. If you would still prefer to return the canvas for a refund and the item has no defects or workmanship issues, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of the return shipment.

Our framed canvases include a floating frame made from solid wood with a black piano finish. This provides a refined look to the overall piece. See a sample of our floating frame below.

 

  

Our products come ready-to-hang with a pre-installed sawtooth hanger. There is also an option for hanging wire.
