Jessica Dixon was  born on August 26, 1987 in Capitol Heights, Maryland. In Jessica's early teen years, her family relocated to Atlanta, GA to embark on the journey of starting a Christian Ministry, Galilee Way of the Cross Church. It was during Jessica's upbringing in Atlanta that sparked her love for art.

Jessica was admitted to one of the top performing visual arts high school Magnet Programs in South Atlanta, Tri-Cities High School, where her focus was visual art and fashion design. She loved to draw people and realized that her strength was in drawing and painting art that was inspired by fashion and her spirituality.
